What You'll Do
The Industrial Engineer is responsible for optimization of supply chain, warehouse and production processes through process analysis and collaboration with process owners and users to exceed efficiency and quality targets.
The Industrial Engineer is responsible for developing/implementation of new or enhanced processes, including concept engineering, creating business case, obtain required funding, and implementation of these processes.
Collaboration with business partners to identify process or M&P improvements and quantify business impact.
In collaboration with business partners develop metrics/reportingto support and improve business processes.
Perform feasibility- and engineering studies utilizing Engineering Front End Planning process.
Perform data analysis and formulate recommendations to support fact-based decision making.
Create investment proposals to obtain funding for future M&Pprojects.
Required Qualifications
Minimal3years'experienceinsimilarorrelatedfield.
Excellent Dutch and English language skills
ExperiencewithTMS,WMSandSupplyChainsystemsispreferred
Experienced in project management of technical projects and change management.
This function requires an affinity with supply chain processes as well as with distribution and warehousing.
Bacherlors or master's degree in industrial engineering, a related technical field or a demonstrably equivalent level, obtained through additional training and proven work experience.
