Additional Locations:Remote Primary Locations:OH, Richfield, 3900 Kinross Lakes Parkway, Suite 100, 44286 Requisition ID:198963 Position Overview We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will be an integral part of ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities. An excellent office coordinator is, above all, an organized and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills, who is comfortable dealing with people, and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed. The goal is to ensure that office operations are efficient and add maximum value to the organization. Job Duties Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency Maintain files and records with effective filing systems Verify payroll recaps and distribute Resolve any payroll issues for employees Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings, etc. Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system Set up and maintain electronic invoicing Process client invoices into SAP Assist in vendor relationship management Qualifications Proven experience working in an office supporting position or in a similar role Experience in customer service will be considered a plus Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and SAP accounting software Working knowledge of office equipment (e.g. scanning and copying) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask Reliable with patience and professionalism Associate's/College degree; BS/Ba in business administration or relevant field is a plus Additional Information Candidates must be comfortable working full time with a minimum of 40 - 45 hours per week.
