Your Responsibilities As a Maintenance Technician, you'll help create a comfortable home for our residents by: Addressing service requests, including electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, HVAC/PTAC maintenance, and more. Preparing apartments for turnover by painting, repairing appliances, changing locks, and other tasks. Ensuring curb appeal through building inspections and upkeep, including snow removal as needed. Responding to emergency maintenance needs during on-call hours.
What You Bring A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. Previous maintenance experience (required); HVAC experience preferred. Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus. Mechanical aptitude and skills in troubleshooting, repairing, and installing systems like plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, and appliance A strong commitment to safety and effective communication skills.
