JOB SUMMARY

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining various aspects of Project or Program Management, focusing on daily tasks from operations team. The Project Coordinator will collaborate with Project/Program Managers to ensure success in their day-to-day functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Support with initial task - project set up, tracking deliverables, timely data entry and real-time status reporting

  • Coordinate with multiple persons, between all departments (Aerial, Drafting, Fielding, and Engineering) and projects.

  • Assist and schedule meetings, prepare and take notes, action items and presentations

  • Update project tracking mechanisms (both internally and externally) using the internal tracking system

  • Manage document retention, accuracy, transmission, and storage

  • Coordinate and attend training sessions

  • Process documentation and record activities, action items and notes as required, monitor application requests and update and audit various data for accuracy

  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 2+ years equivalent industry or professional administrative experience

  • Scheduling competency and ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities

  • Strong MS Office Suite skills

  • Desire and ability to learn, synthesize and execute quickly

  • Capacity to keep calm in a high pressure, fast-paced environment

  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.

  • Working knowledge of Outside Plant Engineering and Construction, Project Management, Aerial and Design functions, and best practices specific to client projects.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
