In supporting this growth and evolution, Amazon Finance Operations (FinOps) goal is to deliver seamless, order-to-cash processes that enable geographic and market expansion across all Amazon’s businesses, from Retail, Digital and Advertising through to AWS and Logistics, while ensuring regulatory and legal compliance. As part of this growth we now seek a Customer Obsessed, Results Driven EU Accounts Receivable Finance Analyst to join our expanding EMEA Accounts Receivable Service team within the Program Management Office (PMO).

Responsibilities include supporting growth and compliance through designing transactional workflows, supporting requirement definitions and solution testing to ensure delivery is as expected and improves the customer experience.

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous and demanding work environment is critical to success in this role. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter having experience with accounts receivable operational processes, expertise in medium scale change management across finance functions and/or geographies. As a Subject Matter Expert, the successful candidate will work with a diverse team of finance and project professionals globally, and across relevant Finance Technology teams to deliver ‘Best in Class’ support and services for the EMEA region from an order to cash perspective.

Base pay for this position starts from EUR 2,400 gross per month and salary depends on the skills and requirements, there will be further pay components such as a sign on bonus and the eligibility to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in USA. Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.

  • 2+ years of Operational Finance experience (i.e Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable) in a mid size company with a proven record of successful project participation working cross-functionally with tech and operational teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while dealing with high levels of ambiguity. - Communicate roadblocks to stakeholders and propose operational and technical solution.

  • Proven ability to work in finance team through a mixed finance skill set (commercial finance, accounting, FP&A, audit, operations).

Preferred Qualifications

  • International experience at a multinational organization

  • B2B industry experience

  • Ability to inspire others through setting strategic vision and direction within Finance Ops as well as with the Business and Finance teams we support

  • Prior Accounts Receivable experience in accounting - Certified accountant
