Essential Job Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus.
Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
Check in with guests to ensure they are satisfied with their meals and address any concerns or requests.
Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the server station, including restocking supplies, wiping down tables and chairs, and sweeping the floor.
Requirements
Currently have food handler certification or be willing to obtain certification within 30 days of employment.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Previous experience as a server, busser, or other waitstaff desired.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
