Aston Carter Administrative Assistant in Bradenton, Florida

Description:

• Manage intake process for claims reporting.

• Process Workers’ Compensation, General Liability and Automobile claims.

• Prepare and maintain various monthly and quarterly Risk Management reports.

• Prepare written communication to internal stakeholders and external business partners.

• Communicate with third party claim administrators and insurance carriers on issues pertaining to

workers’ compensation, general liability and automobile claims.

• Process and file risk management department documents.

• Monitor and administer Safety policies as specified in the Beall’s policies and procedures manual, to

prevent customer and employee accidents.

• Cross train in other areas of Risk Management.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
