Responsibilities
You shall clean guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and perform deep cleaning tasks as necessary.
We expect you to replenish all room supplies, including towels and toiletries, ensuring each item is neatly arranged for guest use.
You will report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe environment for guests and team members.
You will respect guests’ privacy by following proper procedures regarding when to enter occupied rooms.
We expect you to manage your cart inventory efficiently, restocking items at the end of each shift to prepare for the next day’s work.
You shall assist with laundry duties as needed, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens and towels according to established protocols.
We expect you to adhere to Holiday Inn's brand standards and guidelines in every aspect of your role, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
You will collaborate with other team members to achieve daily goals and provide exceptional service to our guests.
Requirements
You must ensure that guest rooms are cleaned thoroughly and maintained to the high standards set by Holiday Inn Bowling Green.
We require you to restock all amenities in guest rooms, including towels, toiletries, and linens, with care and attention.
You will need to perform regular inspections of rooms after cleaning to verify they meet our quality expectations.
Your responsibilities include reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards found during your duties promptly to the appropriate personnel.
It is essential for you to operate housekeeping equipment safely and efficiently as per the provided guidelines.
We expect you to collaborate effectively with other team members to manage workloads and support special requests from guests.
