The Lead Cybersecurity is responsible for Halo Access Control Support & Operations. This is a mid-level role with no direct reports.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Deliver end users support on technical, procedural and process 'issues' for assigned functional areas including but not limited to user training,support: design and write application scripts for improved performance of application/system (incl. scheduled jobs for processing, tasks,configurations)
Investigating, troubleshooting application and software for all internal clients experiencing unexpected behaviors from theapplication.
Qualifications:
Preferred Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics or Cyber Security or equivalent experience.
Typically requires 5-8 years of related experience.
Requires Daily Office Presence (3-5 days a week) at one of the listed locations. No relocation assistance is provided.
Strong communications both written and verbal.5+ years Unix/Linux Tier 1,2 support including tuning, troubleshooting, error resolution and monitoring.

Proven proficiency with multiple legacy technologies such as PHP, perl, PL/SQL, shell scripting, Windows related FE languages such as Cold Fusion or equivalent, Java, Java script, IIS troubleshooting and scripting.
Heavy experience working side by side with developer to identify issues and troubleshoot; code analysis.
At least 5 years of application support and troubleshooting.
5 years of Application ‘client’ support experience
Requires the ability to balance multiple requests from multiple requestors and prioritize.
Proficiency with MS SQL server and Oracle DB use and troubleshooting from application perspective of and interaction with DB (API calls, cron jobs).
Strong, organized troubleshooting skills needed as well as code ‘read’ and analysis (troubleshooting) and issue resolution to provide to developers.
Our Lead Cybersecurity earns between $128,400 - $215800. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
