TEKsystems Mac Systems Engineer in BOSTON, Massachusetts
Description:
This role is needed to support various outstanding Jamf and IT Risk & Security projects that our client is prioritizing. This includes but is not limited to the below:
• Migrating Jamf from on-prem to the cloud
• Test a decent sample size of each OS Version and Global Protect Version and Beyond Trust Version combination – between 10 and 20 and document testing results
• Support Mac Pilot testing if the above testing results show no recurrence of the login issue
• Continue to work with Palo Alto, Apple and Beyond Trust to identify root cause of issues
• Perform pilot testing on older Macs (Catalina) that will not be refreshed once Root Cause is identified
• Support production roll out
