At AWS, we are committed to supporting the workforce of the future, helping millions of people grow their technical skills. The AWS Marketing team is looking for a Campaign Manager to own the creation, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns for Training and Certification.
In this key role, you will be responsible for the overall strategy, creative development, implementation and optimization of Global Campaigns that deliver business priority goals and objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple high-profile marketing projects simultaneously. They have a mind that is equal parts creative and analytical, providing strategic solutions to business problems, as well as being passionate about owning programs, testing and learning, and driving conversions to hit goals.
This key team member should have excellent interpersonal skills, and written communication skills, in order to be able to tell a campaign story that resonates with our core audiences. In addition, the role requires the ability to analyze campaign effectiveness and optimize continuously.
Key job responsibilities
Own development and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns helping organizations to get their people trained and certified.
Work across a dynamic ecosystem of stakeholders to define, develop, and implement integrated campaign strategies.
Work with subject matter experts to optimize campaign messaging based on audience type and interest area.
Manage program budget with accountability for campaign return on investment (ROI).
Partner with our paid media team to deploy campaigns across paid social, paid search, and display ads.
Partner with external agencies in support of campaign asset creation and execution.
Clear, consistent, and frequent communication with stakeholder teams to outline strategy, tactics, goals, and performance for campaigns.
A day in the life
The Self-Service Growth and Training (SSG&T) team creates and executes innovative marketing strategies that attract new and existing customers to learn about and increase AWS usage. The Global Campaigns team within SSG&T runs campaigns and programs designed to help train and nurture prospects and customers and to motivate them to get AWS Certified.

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

Basic Qualifications
4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
Experience with marketing strategies in online and mobile channels
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
Experience with A/B testing, especially around audience segmentation and targeting
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
