Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Business Proposal Specialist on a contract basis to handle all RFPs for enterprise-level solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with our sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop compelling and accurate proposals that showcase CodaMetrix's capabilities and value proposition.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end RFP and security questionnaire process, from receipt to submission, for enterprise level solutions
Analyze RFPs to identify key requirements and develop win strategies
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather necessary information and content
Write, edit, and proofread proposal content to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with RFP requirements
Develop and maintain a library of case studies that demonstrate CodaMetrix's success in solving client challenges
Work with the marketing team to identify and develop new case study opportunities
Manage proposal timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time submission
Maintain and update a library of reusable proposal content
Continuously improve the RFP response process to increase efficiency and win rates
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in proposal writing, business development, or a related field
Strong understanding of the RFP process and best practices
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, compelling content
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and proposal management tools
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
Experience in the SaaS industry highly preferred

3-6 months
