Cardinal Health Sr. Analyst, Supplier Data Management in Bonifacio Global City, Philippines
Job Summary
Indirect Procurement is responsible for creating and managing diverse strategic supplier partnerships that drive enterprise value with innovation, best cost and competitive advantages that benefit customers, suppliers and patients. Develops and executes strategic plans by leveraging market intelligence, industry knowledge and cross-functional collaboration. Competitive advantage is created through supplier selection and management, contract negotiation, supply chain optimization and risk mitigation. Responsible for developing and executing strategy to source indirect goods and services to support our business stakeholders and programs. Perform analysis in order to select supplier and negotiate best value for Cardinal Health. Provide supplier relationship management and contract compliance management, including maximization of financial deliverables and risk mitigation.
Accountabilities
Subject matter expert for Indirect Supplier Master Data managed in SAP
Works closely with Supplier Master Data Management functional team as the Quality Assurance Analyst
Primary contact for internal stakeholders and suppliers regarding master data issue resolution
Assists in the improvement of master data processes
Responsible for SOP creation and management
Conduct monthly process audits including execution of key SOX controls
Provide training to existing team members based on audit results or process changes as well as new team members as they join
Assists in the completion of projects in addition to data entry
Preferred Qualifications
BA, BS, or equivalent experience in related field
2-4 years of experience in related field
SAP experience preferred
Prior experience building and conducting training for peers
Ability to complete data analysis using Excel
Supplier management and contracting experience
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to work cross functionally and inclusively.
