As a Transformation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational change and process improvement across the enterprise!
Your expertise in program management, change management, business transformation, and process optimization will be critical to implementing cross-functional transformation programs sponsored by Senior Executives across Business Units, Engineering, Corporate Quality, and Manufacturing. In addition to business processes, you will oversee programs in partnership with IT to implement enterprise systems that support the business requirements.
Responsibilities:
Governance:
Drive accountability of workstream leads to deliver end-to-end product requirements process and system implementation.
Facilitate core team meetings to foster alignment of process and solutions across technology types, where possible.
Host Executive Steering Team Meetings to provide progress updates and highlight any roadblocks.
Leadership in Process Transformation:
Guide workstream leads and their program coordinators to analyze existing processes, tools, and workflows. Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement and define the necessary steps to transition users to new tools and processes.
System/Solution Partnership:
Partner with Corporate IT and Auxiliary IT teams to align the vision of system integrations required for end-to-end traceability; manage requests through the IT Portfolio, support blueprinting activities, etc.
Mentor work-stream leads and program coordinators to leverage standard processes for communicating and prioritizing system requirements in an agile environment.

Qualifications:
8+ years of program management experience at a high-tech company
Minimum 5 years of experience in one or more of the following: Business Units, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field of study
Preferred Certifications: PMP, PMI, ITIL, Six Sigma, LEANor other relevant certifications.
