ManpowerGroup Project Manager II in Boise, Idaho

Our client, is seeking a proactive and results-driven Project Manager II to join their team. This role demands expertise in project management methodologies and exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships. As a key player on the team, you will be responsible for project delivery, client relationship management, team leadership and identifying new opportunities within existing projects.

Job Title: Project Manager II

Location: Remote with West Coast Time Zone working hours

Pay Range: $30.41/hour

What’s the Job?

  • Transition responsibilities from clients to the service provider remotely, ensuring smooth execution.

  • Lead and support project teams, maintaining strong client relationships and focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Deliver projects within budgets and timelines, aiming to meet or exceed client expectations.

  • Liaise between clients and internal teams for effective communication and problem resolution

  • Forecast hardware orders accurately and identify new opportunities in ongoing projects.

What’s Needed?

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or similar roles/businesses.

  • Proficiency in project management methodologies.

  • Strong interpersonal and people management skills, with experience leading indirect reports.

  • Focus on customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality results.
