Come join our team! We are looking for a Lead I4.0 Analyst at Micron Technology, Inc. This position reports to the Smart Manufacturing and Artificial Intelligence organization. The team defines, drives, and delivers end-to-end smart manufacturing solutions integrated across functions of the business.

Apply industry-leading best methodologies in automation, AI (including Generative AI) , and machine learning to enhance Micron’s product development, and business and administrative processes across the company.

Working with a team of Data Scientists and Data Engineers, make contributions to the design, analysis, and implementation of AI/ML/DS solutions and business improvement ideas. Working closely with the team members in the Business Functional areas which may include Sales, HR, BU, Finance, and/or Legal. Join our AI team to help shape and manage the execution of team strategy leading to positive impact and sustainable results!

In this role you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Data Engineers and data scientists to deliver AI projects that require the coordination and support of resources from global teams

  • Work closely with functional areas as directed by business need – find opportunities and use cases, and support the delivery of business value impact in collaboration with category and program management teams

  • Work with I4.0 solution end-users to define requirements, diagnose, design, and analyze information related to the adoption of I4.0 solutions

  • Quantify, track, monitor, and present the financial/operational impact of I4.0 solutions on the business

  • Identify new I4.0 use cases and best practices across strategic and business function processes

  • Develop business strategy, including impact validation approach, and return on investment of potential solutions, and prioritize & propose projects for implementation

  • Implement best-in-class solutions working closely together with internal and external resources, and established technology providers as needed

  • Ability to think critically and break down complex data/processes to identify key levers and applicable solutions

Qualifications:

  • At least 3-5 years of work experience in Functional areas including, but not limited to, Sales, HR, Finance, BU and Legal, or similar functional areas

  • Familiar with processes, systems, and solutions preferably in the semiconductor industry

  • Excellent communication skills with proven ability to effectively lead and present to small and large groups as well as strong presentation skills to all executive leadership levels

  • Demonstrate ability to work multi-functionally with peers, senior and mid-level management

  • Peer leadership and relationship management skills, highly organized and able to remain flexible to the changing business needs, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Highly Desired: SQL queries, database, Tableau dashboarding experience
