We are looking for a high energy, customer service oriented front desk agent that is eager to learn and grow within our company!
- Provide efficient and accurate check in/out procedures.
- Promote hotel services and facilities for up-selling opportunities
- Maintain proper appearance.
- Have current knowledge of all room types and posted rates
- Follow company brand standards
- Assist other departments, as necessary, and maintain good working relationships with hotel Team Members
- Maintain the appearance of the lobby and Front Desk
- Attend periodic trainings and front office staff meetings
- Maintain excellent communications skills
- Act as a point of reference for guests who need assistance or information
- Understand guests needs and provide them with personalized solutions
- Make reservations

What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a customer service
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
- Excellent grooming standards
- Ability to work on your own or as part of a team
- Competent level of IT proficiency
- The majority of time will be spent standing behind the front desk assisting guests.
