JOB DETAILS:

• State Date: within the next 1-2 weeks, after an interview with the firm.

{=html} <!-- --> - Schedule - hybrid or remote, with a preference for candidates who are open to a hybrid schedule - Pay Rate - Role is DOE but starts at \$40 per hour - Duration- long term open ended role - Concurrent employment or work on other projects is not permitted when engaged on a Beacon Hill review. - Responsibilities include advising clients, drafting persuasive written submissions, effective oral advocacy, and successful case management/organization.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong commercial litigation experience is required.
• Preferred background includes roles with Federal Court and Commercial Division practice focusing upon breach of contract, business tort, restrictive covenant and unfair competition claims.
• NY bar admissions required.
• High-speed internet access at the home office and either a Mac or PC with Windows 10 or newer operating system is required for remote work.
• No outside legal work for the duration of the project.
