Description We are on the hunt for a Tax Analyst to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. As a Tax Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining tax compliance, facilitating tax planning, and enhancing tax strategies for our portfolio of businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining tax compliance, reporting, and filings for the firm and its portfolio companies.

• Contribute to the development of tax strategies and planning to maximize tax efficiencies.

• Stay updated with tax regulations through research and ensure adherence to federal, state, and international tax laws.

• Liaise with external tax advisors and accounting firms as required.

• Prepare and reconcile tax provisions for financial reporting.

• Play a pivotal role in due diligence and tax structuring for new acquisitions.

• Collaborate with teams across finance, legal, and investment on tax-related matters.

• Leverage accounting software systems and tax software such as OneSource, CorpTax, or similar for efficient tax operations.

• Uphold excellent customer service and documentation standards.

• Perform other accounting functions and auditing as needed. Requirements • Applicant must have a minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Tax Analyst.

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.

• Familiarity with the ADP - Financial Services system is a must.

• Experience in using BlackLine is essential.

• Knowledge of CCH ProSystem Fx is expected.

• The applicant should have experience with CCH Sales Tax.

• Proficiency in various Accounting Functions is needed.

• Auditing skills are required for this position.

• The job role requires compliance skills.

• Strong Customer Service skills are necessary.

• Ability to create and maintain Documentation is crucial for this role.
