ModMed (https://www.modmed.com/company/) is hiring a driven Business Analyst to join our positive, passionate, and high-performing Customer Success Operational Excellence team which is focused on operational metrics and reporting for the Professional Services, Account Management, and Support organizations. This is an exciting opportunity to extract, validate, and manage datasets to support business decision-making within a fast-paced Healthcare IT company that is truly Modernizing Medicine! The objective of the analytics prepared by the analyst is to help increase revenue, decrease cost, and improve the efficiency of the business.

Your Role:

  • Execute the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to drive key business decisions.

  • Validate, design, and update current processes, KPIs, and workflows to match the departments' changing environments.

  • Translate general reporting requests from the business into data requirements, acquire data from multiple sources, and develop reports to satisfy the immediate business need, with some effort to anticipate future questions.

  • Prioritize projects and tasks between departmental teams’ requests with realistic time to completion.

  • Gather, analyze, refine, validate, report, and publish data.

  • Update KPIs on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis across all departments.

  • On-time delivery of KPI/ Metric deliverables. Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects/ reporting.

  • Work cross-functionally on projects to drive business results.

  • Utilize your passion for analytics and partner with business leaders to communicate the story of the data and answer key business questions.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree, required in either area of study: Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Statistics.

  • Master's Degree, preferred in either area of study: Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics.

  • 3+ experience as an analyst in an operations-related role.

  • Advanced skills in Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, or Google Sheets (Logical formulas, Lookups, Pivot Tables).

  • Excellent analytical skills - Develops complex reports and communicates the results in a comprehensive, accurate, and understandable format.

  • Possesses excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and time management skills.

  • High attention to detail, extremely well organized and structured – with excellent project management skills – and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong reasoning and critical thinking are required.

  • Must be results-oriented with a focus on quality execution and delivery.
