Faith Investment Services of Ohio, LLC New Account Processor in Bluffton, Ohio
Schedule: 9 am -- 5 pm daily; Monday -- Friday

Faith Investment Services is seeking a New Account Processor. Your job will include, but not be limited to:
- Prepare new business paperwork from start to finish, learning the process and details
- Understand and prepare client Balance Sheets
- Sitting in client appointments, taking notes, updating opportunities, writing client correspondence, etc. with the purpose of understanding how we work. *This is not primarily a client-facing position.
- Preparing investment analysis in cooperation with lead adviser, doing financial analysis and BRI (Biblically Responsible Investing) analysis. This includes reporting the results to clients in a clear, succinct manner.
- Be responsible for maintaining an RMD Spreadsheet for all clients reaching RMD age
- Working with our account aggregation service(s) to be sure that client data streams in correctly.
- Learning tax rules and software to be able to provide tax services to clients
- Being a trainee on the planning team at Faith Investment Services. This involves participating in whiteboarding client data, helping to research and create solutions, and assisting with client balance sheets and other planning data.
- Entering activities and progress into CRM, clearly communicating updates to staff, adding documents to online drive, etc.
- Assist clients who request monies to be transferred: make phone calls, online, and/ or completing necessary paperwork
- Do Mobile deposits as requested
Career Development: study for and obtain licensing & relevant education as needed
Must be willing to train for securities licenses and tax preparation training
Must pass background check
