Hub International Assistant Account Executive in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania

Hub International Northeast Limited, is seeking an Assistant Account Executive for our Employee Benefits division. This position is located in our Blue Bell, PA office.
As an Assistant Account Executive, you will provide clerical assistance to Account Executives and handle low complexity account servicing issues on small/medium size accounts.
Responsibilities include:
Assists Account Executives with daily client management issues.
Performs account maintenance on assigned portfolio of accounts, including, updates to client files, scanning and attachment of plan documents, and various applications.
Assists in the resolution of common account issues through internal Underwriting infrastructure and/or matrix partners.
Research and resolve low complexity billing, claims and enrollment issues as needed.
Additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by manager.
Qualifications:
4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
Basic analytical & problem-solving skills
Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a deadline driven environment
Strong verbal and written communications skills as well as strong interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Interest in obtaining LA&H license a plus
Department Account Management & Service
Required Experience: Less than 1 year of relevant experience
Required Travel: Negligible
Required Education: High school or equivalent
