Responsibilities:

• Develop scope, schedule and budget for industrial hygiene and safety-related projects.
• Successful administration, supervision, and management of projects.
• Work with other staff and business units to further develop marketing strategies and pursue new clients.
• Experience with the following:

o Employee exposure assessments o Indoor air quality and odor assessments o Occupational noise surveys and noise dosimetry o Moisture/fungal assessments, building sciences o Health and safety programs, training, auditing o General Industry Safety o Construction Safety o Site-Specific Safety and Health Plans o Experience in industrial environmental compliance is a plus.

• Occasional travel and able to perform work in the field.

Required Skills:

• Current Certified Industrial Hygienist or will obtain within 12-month period.
• Competent in Word, Excel
• A valid driver's license and a good driving history required.
• Driven, goal-oriented personality with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong communication skills including technical writing.

Required Experience:

• BS degree in industrial hygiene, safety, environmental sciences, biology, chemistry, engineering, or similar field. Masters Degree preferred but not required.
• 10-15 years of industrial hygiene project experience and management. Minimum of 5-years of consulting experience in industrial hygiene field preferred.
• Current HAZWOPER Certificate (40-hour and 8-hour refresher) or ability to obtain HAZWOPER Certificate within 2 months of employment.
