Job Title: Order Entry SpecialistJob Description
We are seeking a dedicated Order Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, manage a high volume of email orders, and perform various data entry and administrative tasks related to order processing. This role requires a strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and make follow-up calls as necessary (4-5 inbound/day).
Manage 400+ email orders per day in a shared inbox, handling 50-100 transactions via email/data entry daily.
Review past orders and customer profiles in the internal database.
Understand customer needs and enter product details in the internal system.
Import CAD files and pull materials needed for the order.
Verify product details, pricing, and order dates with customers and in the system.
Confirm order details with the production team or address any challenges they are facing.
Perform various data entry and administrative tasks involved in order processing.

Work Environment
This is a small, family-owned company with a friendly and supportive atmosphere. You will work Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. The office is located adjacent to a clean production floor, and you may need to walk onto the floor occasionally. The company frequently hosts catered lunches and holiday activities, providing a family-like environment.
