What is the job about?

As our new Chief Software Compliance & Security Architect, your responsibilities will be to set direction and ensure compliance of embedded software development processes towards fulfilling applicable standards supporting regulatory requirement, e.g. cyber security frameworks and new legislation requirements. You will ensure that platform and product teams achieve the required process and product certifications. More specifically your main responsibilities include:

  • Leading and driving process compliance in Embedded Software

Development for security and other applicable standards in relation to product

development across group functions and divisions

  • Developing and implementing operational rules-of-engagements in collaboration with Digital Development, IS Security and Production to ensure coherence in Embedded Software Development

  • Coordinating and leading internal audits/assessments related to compliance of software development processes (ISO27001, IEC62443-4-1, ISO 15288, IEC 60335/60730, and other applicable standards)

  • Understanding and guiding regarding regulatory requirements such as GDPR, ENISA, DHS, UK NCSC/GCHQ

Your background:

The key to this role is your ability to drive change management and manage stakeholders in a global setting – both when it comes to pulling insights from collaborators and cooperating with internal and external partners. While we are very open to various backgrounds, we do expect you to have good embedded software process, architecture and development skills. Additionally, we imagine that you:

  • Hold a master's degree with +10 years of experience

  • Posses solid knowledge on relevant process landscape (INCOSE ISO 15288)

  • Have good influencing and persuading skills combined with the ability to work globally with respect in different cultures

  • Understand Configuration Management according to ISO standards

  • Can conduct audits and assessments according to standards

  • Understand framework elements such as OWASP, NIST CSF, CSA CCM, IoT SF Security Guidelines

  • Understand electronics production and how to inject security elements during production

  • Have experience with relevant tools such as Threat Modeling, BlackDuck, static code analysis, security test and code scan
