About us

As our newChiefProject Manager, Partnerships you will join a small team of 5 in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering . The teamis dedicated to shape and develop our global portfolio of knowledge, technology and equipment/solution partners. These partners are important in our future innovations,development and the global delivery of our next-generation manufacturing technologies and solutions at Grundfos globally. Our team works closely with manufacturing plants, Group Purchasing, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering colleagues, and external partners including universities and technology suppliers.

What is the job about?

Youwill leadthe development and refinement of our partnership strategies on a global scale.Your responsibilities will include driving complex organizational and technical projects that support our manufacturing strategy. You willenhance our ability to integrate external manufacturing technology partners, fostering agility, speed, and scalability. You will challenge existing mindsets and ways of working, interacting with managers and specialists at all levels of the organization. Your will take a holistic perspective and your projects will span from scoping to successful implementation– this to meet the business need for:

  • Collaborating with externals to tap into knowledge that is currently beyond our internal expertise

  • Partnering for co-development to exploit technologies and knowledge available in the market

  • Speed, simplicity and agility in execution of manufacturing equipment projects

  • Cost efficient and smooth integration/upgrade of manufacturing equipment

  • Optimisation, service and maintenance to support our daily production

  • Strongglobal network of partners/suppliers, aligned with the manufacturing strategy

  • Balancing the portfolio to foster both local autonomy and global efficiency

This role operates in an international environment and may require up to 20 days of travel per year.

Your background

You are aresults-oriented, organizedChiefProject Manager withexcellent business acumen. You excel at buildingrelationships and driving organizational transformation.With your strong interpersonal skills and impactful communication, you can effectively influence stakeholders at all levels. You are structured, analytical, and data-driven, capable of prioritizing in a fast-paced environment and identifying the highest-value partners and activities. We envision you having:

  • A bachelor or master’s degree in engineering

  • 10 years of relevant experience, working as project manager and/or manager

  • Proven track record, as manager and/orproject managerworkingwithpeople andcomplexmanufacturing projects such as integration of equipment, manufacturing technologies and equipment automation

  • Experience working with technology and equipment suppliers for manufacturing

  • Familiarity withleadership andinternational, cross-functional matrix organizations.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English
