The ALLO Business Wholesale Account Executive partners directly with Wholesale, National and Regional Carriers, Aggregators, and MSPs, to become their trusted advisor and communications resource between organizations. Excellent candidates are motivated by the desire to solve complex customer challenges with creative sales solutions. As an experienced and dynamic sales professional, youre accountable for incremental new sales, signing new partnerships, protecting base revenue, and providing high-quality customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive and orchestrate the sales cycle and work with internal teams to best serve client.
  • Utilize a consultative selling approach to identify business challenges and create solutions for prospects and our existing customers.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs to effectively position the ALLO Business product portfolio.
  • Respond frequently to RFPs/RFBs
  • Develop a detailed strategy/territory plan.
  • Focus on an optimal customer experience living the ALLO Core Values exceptional, honest, local and hassle-free.
  • Cultivate C-Level relationships, becoming the trusted advisor to the customer by understanding their existing and future IT initiatives.
  • Conduct discovery meetings, presentations, and demonstrations, while leading strategic conversations with customer to identify business challenges/needs.
  • Understand growth drivers, pitfalls, and challenges within the sectors supported

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent work/military experience
  • Telecommunications, specifically wholesale and/or carrier or related field
  • A combination of education and experience is acceptable

EXPERIENCE:

  • 4-5 years experience selling in the Carrier/Wholesale space as an individual contributor.
  • Knowledge and experience in managing MSAs, LBL and rate deck distribution, and maintaining national and regional carrier/partner relationships.
  • Knowledge and experience in automation within the Carrier/Wholesale segment.

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:

  • Has experience and knowledge of Telecom, networking, MSP and/or security industry.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and time management skills
  • Works with high levels of autonomy and self-direction
  • Strong leadership/administrative skills (multitasking, planning, and organizing)
  • Ethernet circuit knowledge
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good troubleshooting skills and methodologies
  • Self-starting with the ability to help grow the department.
  • Shift work and on-call flexibility
  • Has experience and knowledge of Telecom, networking, voice, MSP and/or security industry.
  • Works with high levels of autonomy and self-direction

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Remain upright on feet for extended periods
  • Remain stationary for extended periods
  • Ability to communicate information
  • Ability to operate a computer
  • Possess/maintain a Valid Driver\'s License
  • Travel requirement: 50%
