Adecco US, Inc. Office Service Representative in Birmingham, Michigan

Adecco is looking for an Office Service Representative at a leading law firm in the downtown Birmingham, MI area. The client is looking for someone with administrative and customer service experience. Compensation for this role is $17.00 per hour. The hours for this role are 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM M-F. Job title : Office Service Representative

Job Summary The candidate will work as an Office Service Representative responsible for handling mail services, document management tasks such as copying and scanning, and providing backup reception duties. They will also assist with hospitality services including conference room management and visitor office maintenance.

The job is for a person who helps manage office tasks like sorting mail and making copies. They also help greet visitors and make sure meeting rooms are ready.

Skill Requirements

Must-Have Requirements:

  • Mail , Copy , Print , Scan , Reception Backup

  • Great customer service skills

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Understanding of the client/ vendor relationship

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience in a professional environment helpful

  • Professional appearance - business casual attire

Skill Education

  • Mail: Handling incoming and outgoing postal items efficiently.

  • Copy/Print/Scan: Operating office equipment for document reproduction.

  • Reception Backup: Providing support in greeting visitors and answering calls.

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
