Your Role

We are looking for a Sea Logistics Intermodal Key Account Specialist for our office in Birmingham. You will work with the Intermodal team based in Aston, with a focus on operational planning of UK container transport requirements, utilizing the most cost-efficient routing whilst ensuring we deliver excellent service to one of our Key Accounts.

Your Responsibilities

  • Planning of import moves for key accountsutilizing TOPS operating system.

  • Working closely with haulage providers toensure transport plan is achievable and executed to customers’requirements.

  • To be the first point of contact for customersand transport providers.

  • Maintain proactive communications withcustomers both written, verbal and face to face.

  • Collate data and produce daily operationalreports.

  • Ensure that the required levels ofoperational service are maintained.

  • Ensure that completed transport orders arecorrectly rated and aligned to customer and supplier’s agreements,ensuring that any additional costs have been captured and verified ascorrect.

  • Prioritize and action on emailcorrespondences promptly.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Navigate language effortlessly with native or C1 Englishproficiency.
