Oracle applications: They are looking for a SME-level of understanding of Oracle applications; this person will be the top-tier support for Oracle as the company migrates from on-premise to Fusion Cloud.
Systems Analysis/Business Analyst: The role requires someone who is willing and able to dig-in and understand the business and how the entire digital transformation works together.
Customer service/customer support: Most of the calls this person will end up working on are from the approx. 600 internal employees that are non-technical.
Description:
One of TEKsystems' clients, an enterprise organization and leader in their respective industry, is looking for a Sr. Level Systems Analyst (Oracle SME) to join their team. The company has embarked on a large, enterprise-wide, digital transformation that includes a migration from Oracle on-prem to Oracle Fusion
Cloud for many of their applications and business functions. The candidate will join their Construction and Commercial organization and provide top-tier
support for internal employees within that department, specifically the quotes and orders team, sales representatives, credit, and billing. In total, there
are about 600 employees with these functions. The candidate will be responsible for understanding the business needs and lead the support and analysis of the
newly implemented Oracle Fusion Cloud application and continue running point on future enhancements, etc.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
The client has adopted an RTO policy which is onsite 5 days a week , although their culture is very employee and family-friendly, so if there are any needs to work remote for a short period of time, you are not "ball and chained" to your desk. The preference is for this person to sit in Birmingham, AL as the direct manager sits in Birmingham, but this candidate can sit in Dallas, TX.
