Insight Global Finisher in Birmingham, Alabama
Job Description
* Analyze and review shop drawings to determine how a specific job needs to be finished
* Collaborate with fabricators and give them feedback of how they can help the finish department
* Collaborate with the paint department
* Complete production assignments in the time frame allocated unless unforeseen obstacles occur that prevent the work from being finished. Immediate communication is required with Production Lead and/or Production Manager in cases of delays or scope modifications.
* Finds ways to be productive throughout day and complete assignment without hesitation or error.
