Job Description

Are you interested to become part of our Sustainability team delivering impact on our ambitious sustainability agenda?

Core Responsibilities

  • To help our portfolio manager to drive our portfolio management – driving relevant analysis, identify risks, potential trade off.

  • ​Be our Monday.com expert ( Monday.com is our portfolio management system).

  • Help prepare our Value review meetings with our all the workstreams.

  • Ensure structure and discipline in our templates & documents.

  • Many other tasks that will evolve.

  • You can also influence what tasks you want to undertake depending on interests and qualifications.

Play your part in our team succeeding

You will become part of the Central Program & Portfolio team that helps our CSO to driver the overall Sustainability Program in the LEGO Group.

Do you have what it takes?

  • It's a requirement that you are currently enrolled in a University or the like in a relevant field.

  • Value driven mindset and strong data acumen.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with multiple teams and partners across the organisation.

  • Strong project management and problemsolving skills.

  • Adaptability and flexibility to navigate complex challenges and changes.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent presentation and story lining abilities e.g. bringing complex challenges into clear messaging.

  • Proficient in writing and speaking English.
