Do you have a technology first mindset when seeking business solutions ?

We’re looking for a student worker with strong stakeholder management skills and a well-equipped IT toolbox to help us drive an efficient selling in of our novelty portfolio to our external customers. Join our Global Selling in team in the Global Product and Marketing Development (PMD) and be part of a team with 5 dedicated colleagues all located in Billund.

Core Responsibilities

Together with your colleagues, you will support our department in the planning and sharing of our global selling in materials with our regional colleagues around the world. You will also support the team in the continuous improvement of our tools, systems, and processes.

Primary tasks will be:

  • Develop and support the global selling in teams’ IT platforms.

  • Ensure training in above tools.

  • Help optimize ways of working within team and with stakeholders.

  • Handle access management for internal colleagues to our virtual selling in tool.

  • In close collaboration with the global confidentiality team and the Cross Functional Marketing team oversee that confidentiality guidelines are followed and information is updated as confidentiality levels shift​

Besides being comfortable in an everchanging environment you are self-driven, a fast learner and you are known as a team player, who can collaborate with colleagues from around the organization across all regions. Moreover, you are structured and strive to help optimize the way we work.

Your background:

  • You are well on your way with a relevant academic education (e.g., Global Business Engineering, Cand.Merc, Mar., Cand.IT, Export Engineer), and you are either about to start your third year of bachelor or beginning your master studies at a Danish University/College or Business School.

  • You are an expert within the Microsoft Office package, especially Excel, Power Automate, and SharePoint.

  • Furthermore, you are comfortable with Visual Basic, Power Query, and Office Scripts.

  • You have worked with content management systems, such as Contentstack.

  • You have worked with cloud-based collaboration platforms, such as Frameio.

  • You understand access management hierarchies, especially in SharePoint.

  • We're working with tight deadlines, and you will need to work structured and be able to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and informed.

  • You can share relevant input with our diverse stakeholders— marketing managers, IT developers, and more—on future requirements.

  • You have a proactive approach to tasks and can work independently.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • ​Proficient in English, both verbally and written.

Start date and working hours

Start date is ideally August 1st. Workload will be around 15 hours a week split into 2-3 days from 9-15. Your primary working space is Billund, but there are opportunities to work from home to accommodate school.
