Using your excellent commercial savvy and financial expertise, you act as a strong business partner to the LEGO Product development!

Please note: This is a permanent position based in our new vibrant Campus in Billund, DK. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 2 days/week from home (3 days in the office).

Relocation is not financially supported for this position.

Core Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted finance partner to the Entertainment Franchises and Preschool product teams, providing financial expertise and guidance.

  • Support business cases for new product launches, ensuring robust financial analysis and alignment with strategic goals.

  • Deliver regular financial updates, including performance tracking, profitability reviews, and ad hoc analysis to support category growth.

  • Co-Lead and coordinate profitability analysis for Portfolio Process meetings, ensuring timely and accurate financial insights to support key decision-making.

  • Analyse product-level financial performance, highlighting areas for margin improvement and cost optimizations.

  • Lead financial support for special projects as required, including ad hoc initiatives, investments, and strategic reviews.

Play your part in our team succeeding

You will work closely with stakeholders at different levels and functions in the PMD and CFO organization. Leading the financial dialogues around our future product launches within Product Group Core is expected as well as playing a unique role in a highly motivated finance team that partners with business executives in the execution of our company strategies.

You will be part of a team in PMD Finance of six finance business partners supporting five areas within Product & Marketing Development. Your area of responsibility will mainly be to partner key franchises within the product groups creating high quality LEGO branded products and experiences. Furthermore, you will support our team on partnering with the teams developing LEGO products for the future.

  • A consistent track record within finance business partnering roles.

  • Strong commercial business understanding, critical thinking, and financial competence.

  • Core financial process experience and expertise

  • Proven ability to navigate complexity, both in terms of customers and topics.

  • Excellent analytical skills.

  • Effective communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
