The Role
As a System Administrator at Kyndryl, you will tackle a range of complex challenges and preempt potential issues across various platforms and services. Your role places you at the cutting edge of technology and modernization, where you'll serve some of the world's leading clients.
Your days will be dynamic and diverse, as no two projects are the same. You'll manage system data for clients, provide daily solutions, and ensure security compliance. You'll also handle a queue of tasks, collaborating directly with technicians and prioritizing tickets to deliver optimal solutions to clients.
Kyndryl's diverse clientele spans industries from banking to retail, offering you the flexibility to either expand your expertise or specialize in a particular sector. Incorporating the challenges related to middleware systems, as a System Administrator at Kyndryl, you will also be responsible for significant tasks such as executing a data center transfer and addressing the obsolescence of current systems. These tasks are crucial for maintaining the operational efficiency and modernization of the services we provide to our clients.
Combining this with the previously mentioned roles and opportunities, your position will be integral to the innovation and service excellence that Kyndryl offers across various industries
Who You Are

MDW profiles with experience in managing the following environments are needed:
Apache / IBM HTTP Server / IIS (Windows)
Tomcat
WAS
Weblogic
Knowledge in RedHat and Windows operating systems will also be valued.
Their functions would include:
Deployments to production
Incident resolution and documentation
Experience in monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Tivoli.
