This position primarily involves a hybrid work schedule - working remotely: Monday & Friday / on site: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Management New Business Associate to join our dynamic revenue management team. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient management of our new business email communications and supporting revenue operations by maintaining organized and timely responses to inquiries and document handling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage New Business, ensuring all emails are sorted, prioritized, and directed to the appropriate departments promptly.

  • Support revenue management processes by updating client accounts, processing documentation, and entering data accurately into our management systems.

  • Collaborate with sales, underwriting, and billing departments to resolve issues and facilitate seamless new account setups.

  • Maintain a detailed log of all correspondence and actions taken, ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.

  • Provide periodic reports on mailbox activity, highlighting potential issues or opportunities for process improvement.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures for effective email management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.

  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative roles, ideally within the insurance, banking, or financial services sectors.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with database management.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
