The Global Sales Manager will lead, mentor, and manage a global team of 8-12 highly skilled and committed commercial managers to achieve Rotoflow's sales targets and expand the company's market presence. This involves developing and implementing strategic sales plans, forecasting business demands, building strong relationships with global customers, and driving revenue growth across multiple segments and regions. The Global Sales Manager will translate Rotoflow's technical specifications and products into successful sales by demonstrating our differentiated offerings, capabilities and valuable experience operating a fleet of turboexpanders globally.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement global sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.

Provide strong leadership to the team and the Rotoflow organization to ensure that Air Products reputation as a world-class Company is enhanced in the marketplace. Demonstrate Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the international sales team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and fostering a high-performance culture.

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape, informing strategic decisions.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business growth.

Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics for the sales team, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.

Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.

Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all sales activities comply with local and international regulations, and manage risks associated with global sales operations.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Training nd Development: Identify training needs and opportunities for the sales team, facilitating professional growth and skill enhancement.

Customer Feedback Integration: Gather and integrate customer feedback into sales strategies and product development to enhance customer experience and product offerings.

Support for the Rotoflow marketing team to develop and implement a global marketing plan for existing and new products.

Create and develop sales plans and budgets to support organization goals and meet or exceed the commitments annually to achieve Rotoflow's annual growth targets.

Develop standard proposal packages to reduce sales support costs, accelerate proposal turnaround times and enable standardized pricing and documentation to improve competitiveness of Rotoflow's businesses to include Intercompany and Trade sales to third parties.

Develop and maintain necessary tools and systems to ensure functional excellence and global commonality and consistency across all group disciplines.

Create training materials for the commercial teams to ensure a thorough understanding of the various product offerings and the markets that they serve to ensure their successful deployment in bids and projects.

Minimum Hiring Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required in business or engineering or other related discipline.

10 years of relevant work experience is required.

Prior experience with turbomachinery, manufactured equipment, industrial gases, or similar industries is preferred but not required.

A strong business development and commercial acumen/experience, including demonstrated knowledge of accounting and financial procedures and practices.

Strong understanding of commercial contract terms, legal procedures, and intellectual property management.

Proven negotiation and claim resolution skills.

Strong data analytics capabilities, including proficiency in Excel.

Proficiency in developing and delivering presentations to senior management.

Strong influencing, communication (written and verbal) skills across cultures and geographies.

Ability to travel domestically & internationally 30%-40%.

A valid driver's license is required.
