About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to drive the development, execution, and optimization of our products. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities, a deep understanding of customer needs, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams—including engineering, design, operations, sales, and marketing.
The ideal candidate has experience in SMB lending, fintech, or financial services and is passionate about delivering high-impact solutions that improve customer experiences and business outcomes. This role involves defining product requirements, analyzing data to guide decision-making, and ensuring seamless execution from concept to post-launch iteration. Key Responsibilities
Define and manage the product definition, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Partner with leadership to define KPIs and success metrics to measure product performance.
Gather and analyze customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market trends to inform product decisions.
Continuously assess and enhance existing products to ensure they remain competitive, meet user needs, and align with business goals.
Work closely with business teams to define the needs, processes and impact across different departments
Work closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure product features meet regulatory and security requirements
Work closely engineering and design teams to fine tune requirements, ensure completeness and ensure timely delivery of features.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure successful product adoption.
Conduct A/B testing, track product performance metrics, and iterate based on data-driven insights.
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate features before deployment.
Develop dashboards and reports to track product performance, user adoption and operational efficiency
Track product health through production testing, performance metrics, user feedback, and support data, identifying opportunities for optimization or issue resolution.
Assist in go-to-market strategies and support product launches with appropriate documentation and training.
Develop, maintain, and update business process documentation, product flows, and business rules.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SMB Lending, fintech, or a related industry.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with experience using data-driven decision-making.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including working with tools like Azure Dev Ops, and product collaboration and analytics platforms (google analytics and BI tools).
Proven ability to define and manage APIs, integrations, and technical products (preferred).
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, risk, and compliance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with lending platforms, underwriting systems, or payment processing.
Familiarity with SMB market, compliance, risk management, and fraud prevention.
Exposure to AI-driven products, automation, or data analytics tools.
