SAP Working Student (f/m/d) - Central Engineering Process Operations Team in Berlin, Germany

What you'll do

  • You support collecting input from the Converged Cloud experts to the Controlling team required for the financial forecast regularly.

  • You work closely with the experts to understand the underlying cloud infrastructure and constantly review the financial figures.

  • You review invoices and compare the actuals with the forecasted numbers and make suggestions for forecast improvement.

  • You help shaping the Process Operations Team with all required workflows, communication streams and reporting to build the bridge between different engineering teams.

  • You constantly analyze and develop our support-related as well as central processes with regard to potential efficiency gains. You define appropriate measures and put them into practice.

  • You support general team coordination tasks in a multinational team of more than 100 members.

What you bring

  • You have a good understanding of controlling and have first experience of providing financial forecasts.

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences

  • Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Business Informatics, Economics or Industrial Engineering.

  • Computer skills: Strong skills in MS Excel and Power Point, experiences with SAP ISP is a plus

  • Language skills: fluent in English, German as a plus

  • Soft skills: Excellent presentation, communication and problem-solving skills, have a thorough way of working with accuracy, take proactive initiatives, self-dependent and structured mode of working, high level of commitment and reliability, ready to work in a constantly changing, floating environment, fun working in a multinational team.

Meet your team

The Central Engineering Process Operations Team is the heart of SAP Converged Cloud the unified global Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) platform for SAP products based on Kubernetes and OpenStack.

We are the control centre for all development and operations teams contributing to SAP Converged Cloud. It is the connector between all teams and helps with processes, products, tools, communication and various central functions to smooth collaboration and enable end-to-end ownership for our platform. This also includes the coordination and tracking of our infrastructure build-up processes in SAP data centers.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
