Robert Half Assistant Property Manager in Berkeley, California
Description
We are currently working with a dynamic organization that is looking to bring on an Assistant Property Manager to service two properties that are walking distance within each other. This is a unique opportunity that requires occasional travel between sites for managing day to day operations of the properties.
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing property administration which include rent collections, lease enforcements, and property maintenance.
Ensure compliance with all government regulations
Handle both residential and commercial TCAC files and ensure proper administration.
Requirements
Prior experience working with Tax Credit (TCAC) files is mandatory.
Previous experience with Housing Authority is a big plus but not a strict requirement.
Must be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
Matchless interpersonal and communication skills.
Willingness to travel locally between office sites when required.
