Dealership setting with no nights or weekends (Monday through Friday position)

Responsibilities of Service Advisor:
Manages and directs the workflow of activities to ensure efficient, safe, and economical utilization of team members, facilities, tools, components, and consumables, while ensuring customer satisfaction levels and company objectives are achieved.
Closes work orders in timely fashion to maximize gross profit margins and to effectively manage the WIP (Work in Progress).
Minimum Requirements of the Service Advisor position are:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum two (2) years service department administration experience in the medium/heavy duty truck/bus industry, with preference toward additional technical experience, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience, that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Computer proficiency in web-based programs and applications, Microsoft Office Suite applications and related departmental software, as well as dealership management system (DMS) system, to include researching and looking up information.
Certifications or Licenses Required for Service Advisor:
- Valid driver’s license for state of residence must be maintained throughout employment.
