The Pharmacy Serialization team is part of Walmart's Global Tech responsible for implementing and managing serialization processes in the pharmacy sector to ensure product traceability and authenticity. The team also handles issue resolution, system upgrades, and compliance with serialization standards, while continuously working on advancements in serialization technology.

What you'll do:

Your responsibilities will include high volume SAP ATTP AIF monitoring, documenting and reporting all AIF errors, and conducting functional analysis of monitoring results. You will coordinate with various stakeholders for error analysis and issue correction, and reprocess failed messages after corrective actions. You will also be responsible for periodic review of serialized events and objects to ensure compliance, manage incident management, and support bug fixes and enhancements. Additionally, you will provide support for future developments like serial number validation and internal business steps integration. You will also handle incident related to serialization and coordinate with other SAP teams whenever needed. Your role will also include supplier onboarding support, routine production monitoring of EPCIS messages, documentation and reporting of failures to business, and custom reports generation for various business requirements. You will also support in functional testing of new solution developments with SAP ATTP.

What you'll bring:

You'll sweep us off our feet if you have:

  • verall 4+ years of experience working with SAP applications

  • 2+ years' experience working in SAP ATTP in the functional consultant role

  • IT expertise to design, implement, support and maintain the pharmaceutical serialization/track & trace solutions across the organization

  • Good knowledge in the various SAP ATTP functionalities and associated configurations

  • Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines while dealing with complex high volume tasks

  • Strong experience with support processes including use of various tools like Jira/Service Now and ITIL processes

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are very essential, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution to avoid business stoppage.

You'll make an impact by having:

  • Experience in SAP ATTP Production AIF configuration and monitoring for various interfaces

  • Ability to document and report all AIF errors with objects/error reasons/categories on a daily basis

  • Experience in functional analysis of the monitoring results and deciding the corrective action with the review/approval from the Product manager

  • Experience in reprocessing of failed messages after the corrective action, and ensuring that the respective serialized events are successfully registered in ATTP system accurately

  • Experience in coordinating with various internal business stakeholders and supporting them (compliance, warehouses, pharmacies) for error analysis and issue correction

  • Ability to provide on-call/emergency support for business if/when needed

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
