What you'll do...

Job Summary:

As a Senior, Software Engineer, you'll join an Agile Team to delve into our Digital Citizenship landscape. Collaborating as part of a privacy & compliance unit, you'll not only develop but also support the solutions you create. Your role will involve optimizing our Digital Trust & Compliance solution, adding business value, and ensuring compliance with different Regulations.

About Team: Digital Citizenship

Our organization is the Global Risk and Compliance -Digital Citizenship Tech focuses on managing and delivering world-class products, driving policy compliance, creating partnerships, and developing pipelines and self-service tools. We are responsible for Global Privacy Technology Product implementations across the globe so that we can earn our customers' and associates' trust.

What You'll Do:

  • Design and implement complex features in Fitment applications.

  • Analyze and optimize ReactJS, NodeJS front end and backend applications.

  • Experiment with new technologies and features and build quick prototypes.

  • Participate in managing code & configurations for multiple environments, release management process, creating and maintaining environment configuration and controls, code integrity and work closely with platform team

  • Analyzing business requirements, storyboards and similar artifacts of the scrum process, work in an agile development environment with a quick turnaround time and iterative builds.

  • Leads the discovery phase of medium to large projects to come up with high level design

  • Leads the work of other small groups of three to five engineers

  • Ensures inclusion of business vision and industry trends to enable results that drive business

  • Problem solving and troubleshooting design and development issues and provide appropriate solutions

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with technical and non-technical cross-functional teams

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the junior engineers

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience with React JS/Redux

  • Web development experience required.

  • Proficient in Java AND/OR JavaScript

  • Experience interfacing with Web Services platforms

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile development environment

  • Experience in a modern build environment on a large-scale development project

  • Familiarity with Automation Tools

  • Experience in NodeJS

  • Experience in Java

  • Experience building, adopting and maintaining RESTful API's.

Reston, Virginia US-07759:The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-10735:The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
