Walmart Senior Director, Reliability Maintenance Management - RTB Operations in Bentonville, Arkansas
Position Summary...
What you'll do...
The Senior Director, RTB Maintenance Management - Operations role will be responsible for leading the Maintenance Run the Business Operations. This includes leading the Day-to-Day operations, technical training, and all DC infrastructure projects and updates, including driving consistency and performance in automation platforms across our supply chain networks.
What You'll Do:
Define metrics across the networks to ensure the teams are focused on the appropriate items to improve the business deliverables.
Provide support for field teams and facilitate appropriate escalation during impacting events.
Track field CapEx and M&R budget spend.
Provide clear strategic direction to the networks, driving understanding, performance, execution, and accountability of RTB/RO programs
Lead change management efforts for the adoption of new data tools, capabilities, and processes as we move to Automation.
Drive a culture of People development to help associates Upskill and advance via Assoc 2 Tech and other growth opportunities.
Share visibility to program status across networks (and network specific) of key decisions, dependencies, issues, risks, metrics, etc., providing solutions and action plans to solve
What You'll Bring:
Comprehensive experience/understanding of Maintenance and Reliable Operations.
Experience working with Lean Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement methodologies; familiarity with WPS is a plus.
Proven track record of effective leadership and managing teams
Strong strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated success in leading large-scale projects from conception to completion

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field AND 7 years' experience in maintenance, operations or related field OR 9 years' experience in maintenance, operations, or related field.
2 years' experience in multi-unit maintenance support
