Determine personal and business customer needs for the bank services and products, open accounts, cross-sell bank products, follow up on signature cards and required forms. Respond to customer account inquiries and resolve customer problems. Various other duties that apply to customer accounts. Answering phone calls, balancing checkbooks, stop payments, research, resolutions, posting transfers, and forgeries. Assist Banking Center Manager with daily reports and other duties as assigned.
