What you’ll be doing

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in implementing and supporting Recruitment and Onboarding solutions, with a strong technical competency in various aspects of Recruitment and Onboarding configuration and customization. The successful candidate will also have a keen interest in AI, to drive innovation and efficiency across the Recruitment, Onboarding, and HR space.

The skills you'll need

• SAP experience, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding.

• Have been involved in implementation/support projects involving SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding.

• Possess strong knowledge and experience in Data Models, Workflows, Business Rules, MDF Objects, RBP, Foundation Objects, Position Management, OData APIs, Reports, etc.

• Ability to manage escalations and expectations with strong communication skills.

• Ability to map requirements in Functional Design Documents or Business Process Design.

• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment or Onboarding is preferred but not mandatory.

• Proven track record in implementing and supporting Recruitment and Onboarding solutions.

• Strong technical competency in various aspects of Recruitment, Recruitment Marketing (Career Site), and Onboarding configuration and customization.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when required.

• Proactive approach to problem-solving and client satisfaction.

• Experience with Home page configuration and Permissions.

• Knowledge of integration and Integration Centre with SAP SuccessFactors is desirable.

• Knowledge of agile software development process and using JIRA to manage backlogs.

• Strong interpersonal, written/verbal communication skills.

• Extremely strong stakeholder management is required.

• AI & Machine Learning: A strong foundation or interest in using AI to drive innovation and efficiency in Recruitment and Onboarding
