About the Role
As a senior team member, you will own the front-end component of the application. You will partner with other stakeholders to set direction and execute our team objectives. You are expected to provide direct input into our product and help formulate our project plan. This position performs software design — typically across multiple systems. We put high emphasis on coaching and mentoring, as such, you will mentor more junior members of the team. This is a hands-on role, so you will still spend a decent amount of time coding.Requirements
Current experience working in an agile software development environment (SCRUM, KANBAN).
Expertise in Nodejs, React, and Typescript. You have worked on Router and Redux
Very strong debugging skills
Strong research skills
Knowledge of test-driven development
Ability to write and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of complex system components.
Ability to resolve complex bug fixes.
Ability to resolve complex technical issues as necessary
Good oral and written communication skills.
Train entry-level software engineers as directed by department management, ensuring they understand and learn the critical aspects of their roles.
