Oracle Revenue Accounting Manager-Fin in BENGALURU, India

Job Description

  8. To manage day to day execution, including workload management, prioritization and utilization

  9. Demonstrating Leadership : Anticipates and prepares for change management Provides effective leadership to the operation team, ensuring team members are motivated. Identify and implement continuous process improvements and other relevant functions

  10. Leading Change : Institutionalize streamlined process approach within Oracle

  11. Managing Performance : Track all dashboards, weekly reports, and checklists, other tracking mechanisms further used for analysis and process improvements

  12. Promoting Team work : Effectively co-ordinate with various teams to timely resolve, manage operation related issues.

6 . Coaching : Work effectively with the TL to identify process improvements and to implement them

  1. Ownership and Personal Drive, Influencing, Building Customer Relationships

Experience: 10+ Years Experience (BPO experience preferred)

Required Skills

  • Ability to set strategy

  • Have effective communication skills

  • Possess Process management skills

  • Good customer focused skills

  • Order to cash process experience preferred

Qualification : Minimum B.com.

Career Level - M2

Responsibilities

  • Understand oracle process flow and develop effective quality control processes via VSM

  • Supervise quality team and provide guidance and feedback

  • Oversee all process development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards

  • Inspect final KPI data and compare with GOAL/objectives

  • Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis

  • Solicit feedback from internal customers to assess whether their requirements are met

  • Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives

  • Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures
