About the Team

The PDC (Product distribution center) Systems IT team is responsible for managing the complete warehouse operations and finished good movement from assembly and test sites to hubs and fulfillment centers. The team works closely with multiple stakeholders like worldwide finance and operations, supply chain management, ERP, legal, compliance and product design houses to ensure our customers get the required quantity of products when they want it.

About the Role

You will architect PDC solutions which are deployed across inter-continental, multi-channel warehouses and enable robust, scalable and sustainable worldwide operations. Collaborate with a worldwide team of architects, developers and analysts to drive TI’s vision for best in class warehouse operations across a complex product and legal landscape. Establish and nurture relationship with our stakeholders and enable transparency across all development and deployment stages of PDC IT solutions. You will lend your expertise to critical immediate business requirements and expediate tactical and strategic solutions with urgency.

Responsibilities

  • Architect, deliver and own warehouse management system, transportation management to build and maintain a sustainable, risk-resilient supply chain.

  • Integrate and influence end to end Inventory order to cash process including allocation and consignment, in a multi-channel (ecommerce, backlog, EDI) environment.

  • Integrate with inter-continental transportation vendors to ensure our customers get their orders delivered on time with country specific legal and tax compliance.

  • Own and contribute to all phases including: requirements, design, test planning and execution, validation, business and IT user training, business readiness, and metrics

  • Collaborate with our strategic business partners and stakeholders to set and drive their priorities and roadmaps and achieve TI’s business goals

  • Ensure Process compliance on Technical Design Review, Test Plan review & Transition to Support (T2S)

  • Lead/drive Test automation/tools driven test methodologies

  • Proactive monitoring with analytics of warehouses measuring KPIs for operations, infrastructure, security and compliance to enable data driven decisions

  • Mentors and develops others in the organization

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • 8 Years experience with Master/Bachelor degree in Information Systems, IT, Mathematics, Engineering or related field.

  • 5 years of experience in planning, architecting, and implementing PDC or warehouse planning systems (SAP ERP, Hana, EWM, WMS) preferably in the semiconductor industry.

  • 5 years of experience with ERP systems in developing and integrating solutions in the field of logistics and warehouse management (SAP Logistics, GTS, WES/WCS)

  • Experience in SAP TM and TMS concepts, shipping control tower, specialized software (ProcessWeaver, ShipERP), freight billing and audit (ex: CTSI, Trax), and experience working with specific carriers (FedEx, DHL, KWE, etc.).

  • Hands-on development and deployment of applications in ABAP, BTP (with languages like Python, Java etc.) and Fiori (with languages like React)

Additional Qualifications

  • Builds strong stakeholder relationships through execution, partnership and truly understanding the problem statement

  • Logistics quality (warehouse & transportation), business continuity planning, business process mapping & monitoring, physical and system security, basic material and customer data management)

  • Strong knowledge and hands on experience with test tools (HPQC, Test Rail, Worksoft Certify)

  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communications skills in communicating at all levels

  • Strong business analysis skills and ability to influence and collaborate at all levels

  • Experience in Agile and CI/CD methodologies

  • Self-starter and sets a high bar for excellence and continuous improvement

  • Experience with large-scale data processing and data modeling

  • Values and leverages diverse thoughts and ideas and builds and maintains an organization with these principles in mind. Challenges existing solutions and drives for change with the right solutions.

  • Experience in reporting solutions (Spotfire, Tableau, Business Objects) in the field of warehouse and logistics metrics.

  • Experience in factory packing and shipping, genealogy & track/trace, MES integration, supplier and subcon collaboration.
