We are hiring a IB Engineer in Point of Care HH Ultrasound team and the details are as below. The IB Engineer is primarily responsible for analyzing IB issues, conducting detailed root cause analysis, testing proposed solutions by contributing to the design and development of products, solutions / technical improvement of existing products and components Impacts quality, documenting the same as per the recommended templates and ensuring timely closure of reported issues.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Analysing and addressing field issues, component obsolescence and circuit optimizations to realize cost reduction on Install base products.
Follow the well-defined product development lifecycle, design documentation, compliance to quality management system (QMS) requirements.
Identifying and developing new opportunities to leverage Strategic Sourcing objectives and Common Technology initiatives in the modality product line
Conduct EMI/EMC/ESD/Reliability tests, debug issues and modify design to meet the standards requirements.
Working with the cross functional teams and generating ideas and opportunities for cost savings for manufacturing the product.
Schematic entry and PCB design using tools like OrCAD, Allegro etc.
Owning cost savings initiatives and driving it across the suppliers, interface with manufacturing facilities etc.
Required Qualifications:
Diploma/bachelor’s degree in in Electronics /Electrical/Biomedical Engineering
4 to 6 years Industry experience as an engineer within the appropriate field of study.
Experience in design and development of medical systems/devices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work harmoniously within a team
Analytic, creative, and business focused problem solver
Desired Characteristics:
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
